Dee Andersson
Director of Communications/Media Liasion
For more than 25 years, dee has owned, produced and shown purebred Mastiffs, with more than 40 champions of record to her credit, winning many coveted top show awards. Due to ill health in her immediate family, she stopped traveling and now spends most of her time protecting her breed as president of the Old English Mastiff Trust Foundation. She is an outspoken and strong advocate of anti Breed Specific Legislation. Her mantra is "Punish the Deed, Not the Breed."
She is a long-time member of the Mastiff Club of America and the Mastiff Association in the UK. She authored Mastiff, Aristocratic Guardian, a book that received worldwide acclaim in the purebred dog community. Dee relaxes now by playing in and hosting online international backgammon tournaments.
Dee was given her first computer in 1998. With no technical experience or computer background, she set about learning what she could. Within the first year she self taught herself HTML and began building websites for her immediate interests. Please visit her home page.
Several years ago dee sought help from WHOA to handle an online stalking and harassment situation. Since that time, dee has remained loyal to WHOA’s principles and is very proud for the opportunity to give something back to the organization.
