Cyberstalking Expert to Train Raleigh Law Enforcement

Raleigh law enforcement will learn more about how to prevent the crime of cyberstalking on Thursday, June 22 at a "Law Enforcement and the Internet" seminar. Jayne Hitchcock, president of Women Halting Online Abuse (WHOA), will speak to officers on cyberstalking topics such as recent computer domestic violence incidents, victim's legal recourse, email tracing and stalking lethality assessment factor at the Holiday Inn, 4810 Old Page Rd. in Raleigh.
Hitchcock is also available as a public speaker about cyberstalking to the general public (privacy and protection online) and to law enforcement/corporate security personnel (how to work with victims and the basics of tracking down online offenders). She recently spoke at the National Crime Victims' Rights Week Candlelight Vigil with John Walsh (America's Most Wanted) at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
