Douglas, as WHOA's resident alpha geek, is often called in to assist in cases that require his technical expertise. As WHOA's Executive Vice President, he's Jayne's "right-hand man" and helps make important decisions regarding WHOA.
Doug actually uses computers and hangs out on the Internet for the sheer fun of it! Besides WHOA, Doug is very involved in the anti-spam community as one of the founding members of the Coalition Against Unsolicited Commercial email (CAUCE), and helps maintain the SPAM-L FAQ. He also has his own personal web site and an anti-virus help page as well.
In RL (Real Life), Doug holds an Associate Degree in Network Technology.
