Sagar Rahurkar is a Law graduate. He is Head (Maharashtra) at Asian School of Cyber Laws (an institute providing education and training in Cyber Law, Cyber Investigation & Cyber Security) He specializes in Cyber Law, Intellectual Property Law and Corporate Law.

He teaches at numerous educational institutions across India including some of the prestigious law schools line, Government Law College, Mumbai, Gopaldas Advani College of Law, Mumbai, ILS Law College, Pune, Bharati Vidyapeeth's New Law College, Pune, etc.

He trains officials from various law enforcement agencies like, Pune Police Cyber Crime Cell, Income Tax, Pune, Defence Institute of Advanced Technology, National Institute of Business Management (NIBM), National Insurance Academy, Latur Police, etc.

He has also conducted an international training program in Cyber Laws and Cyber Crime Investigation for the delegates of Malaysian Government.

He is also a member of ASCL Computer Emergency Response Team under which he has investigated many Cyber Crime cases.

He regularly provides consultancy to Corporates, Media Houses, Law Enforcement Agencies and Government on various Cyber legal related issues.

He has presented his papers at various conferences like, CyberAttack, NULLCON, c0c0n, International Seminar on Cyber Laws organised by Delhi University, etc.

He is a regular columnist of the "Chmag - India's first hacking magazine.

His work in the Cyber Legal field has been recommended by Mr. Raoul Chiesa - Senior Advisor, Strategic Alliances & Cybercrime Issues @ UNICRI (United Nations Interregional Crime & justice Research Institute) and - Senior Advisor - Interpol
